Field statistical study which conducted on Central Service Division of PT Y in 2008 showed that many of the projects are over-budget, many material damages and many projects in delay.<p>Since materials are the biggest component on the project which approximately consume 50%-75% budget and also from deepening on the above symptoms there fore it concluded that the root cause of the project's failure had have a strong relation to material provision for Central Service Division.<p>In relation to project performance concept therefore the data collection, analysis, alternatives and solution will be focused to CQS (Cost-Quality-Time) aspects. From that three aspects and connected to existing material provision process then the aspect of time will dominate the topics. On time aspect therefore the deepening which relate to project management will focus on activity sequences, critical path and probability for material provision.<p>Thus project success improvement at Central Service Division will be aimed to reform material provision process. The subsequent steps are in more detail on functional adjustment and improvement of BU 3338 Material Construction as the executor for material collection or distribution an another step to pool all materials needed for the project to a dedicated warehouse include on decision for appropriate location for the warehouse to support the process reform with consideration on PT Y limitation.<p>Without reformation on material provision, improvement on BU 3338 Material Construction and decision on specific warehouse for Central Service Division then the cost, quality and time losses will be repeated which will aggravate Central Service Division reputation and at the end will question its existence. <br /> text
