Summary:Information technology development has increasingly rapid advancement. A combination of telecommunication and computer technologies emereg s revolution of information system areas. One of rapid information technology growths this Internet. Internet has economic opportunities for individuals, organizations, and countries in form of productivity and capacity to compete in global markets. From developmental perspectives, it seems that rising number of internet-users is fairly high. However on the other side, many people have less education or even access to internet due to digital gap i.e. access discrepancy and information and communication technology between individuals. To these, it is necessary to conduct research in the interest of identifying affective factors on individual's attitudes towards using or not using such a technology.<p>Model in this investigation is combination of two technology acceptance namely Social Cognitive Theory and Theory of Planned Behavior. Variables in this study are, focusing on adoption process of using internet technology, cognitive perception aspects of self-efficacy and outcome expectation, including performance outcome expectation and personal outcome expectation by adding perceived behavioral control factors as barriers; factors interfering individuals to use some technology.<p>Finding from 193-respondent tests show that self-efficacy and perceived behavioral control have significant negative influence on actual use of internet technology, while the outcome expectations that are performance outcome expectation and personal outcome expectation have significant positive influence on actual use of internet technology. <br />
