This study studies legal aspect arranging usage of sea-bed space, technical aspect covers hydrograph aspect studying sea level and water column, geological aspect, and institutional aspect based on literature study which using inductive method. Result of studies shown that the coastal state exercises over the continental shelf sovereign rights for the purpose of exploring it and exploiting its natural resources are implementation of sea-bed cadastre internationally. National legislation still having the character of sectoral, has not arranged problem of sea-bed cadastre. Technical aspect applied to assist determination of boundaries and determination of exploiting of sea-bed as object of sea-bed cadastre. Needs existence of institution which handling sea-bed cadastre thoroughly. text |
