One kind of membranes that has been developed and used today for separation process is ceramic membrane. The advantages of ceramic membranes compared to polymer membranes are its high mechanical strength and thermal stability of membrane, and durability. Ceramic membranes based on alumina and kaolin was successfully developed in this research. |
