The investment strategy, therefore, have to support a competitive Glee leading to increase in both efficiency and productivity. A decision for purpose of invesment in PT Tambng Timah by reconstructing a productive means and mating a newly productive one, that is suitable to adjustment and coordination between the pmmctiVe aryipment availability configuration (Dredge) and the Reserve one is a decision on an operational strategy which is naturally have an aim to increase such productive means efficiency and productivity and to extend the company-life position. In this research the author make an investment feasibility analysis in I T Tambang Timah reviewed from aspects of tin industrial business and financial. And by simulation analysis to test the resource grade of the reserve as is still economical for PT Tambang Timah with the Break Even Stripping Ratio (BEER) fomulation, the aaromiral resource grade as be company's cut-of grade allowe to achievement. As a remit of the analysis using appropriate asurnption basis the investment scheduled is expressing of suitable and favorable one, and it's coordinated by discharging of cut off grade to establish mining epuration may be economically realized until 23%, that the companylife allows to extention. <br />
