Seismic reflection is used to shallow modelling with high resolution, while seismic refraction is worn to major structure modelling with deep depth.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Here we will present subduction model result from sesimic refraction at Simeulue region that show 4 regions that divided to follow geology structure that occurs. That is ocean crust condition where we didn't find diabase dikes layer, the drastically reduced velocity at oceanic crust that guessed to be volcanism activities, accretionary zone and dip ofsubducted plates slopes around 100. text |
