Established in 1966 as a small trading company at Pasar Klewer Solo, PT. SRT has now become a world-class Integrated Vertical Textiles - Garments factory and changed its name to be PT. SRT) in 1978. PT. SRT occupies more than 50 hectares of land in Jetis, Sukoharjo, Solo with 13.500 employees and supported by 3 spinning units, 5 weaving units, 3 dyeing units and 5 garment units. PT. SRT has competed globally for years and now it is demanded to implement Labor Act no. 13 year 2003 consistently. As a big company with high risk in handling its production, PT. SRT needs supporting company culture with entrepreneurial oriented of its management. This is the main reason of performing survey on entrepreneurial orientation, which is the main subject of this final research project. Research is focused on examining intrapreneurial dimensions of its management, through qualitative aspect and also quantitative measurement using Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) questionnaire and Likert Scale i.e. a scale related with someone's statement on something. Valid numbers resulted from EOS questionnaire is calculated to get Cronbach Alpha Coefficients (as a gauge of correlation among questions in the questionnaire/ reliability questions). Then Guilford criteria is utilized to analyze the reliability of that correlation and is ended up with Mean calculation to find out whether or not PT. SRT has had entrepreneurial orientation in conducting its management. Finally, we come to conclusion that PT. SRT has not been entrepreneurial oriented totally, because it only shows 3 of 12 aspects that entrepreneurial orientation is conducted by PT PT. SRT. <br />
