The are four bussiness departement in Klinik X such as Klinik Umum, Klinik Gigi, Klinik Bersalin and Apotik Peduli.<p>In its fourth year Klinik X become better, its major change is in June 2006 where Klinik X move into a new and more representative location. Until now, Klinik X still have some problem in customer database, formula of receipe, late delivery of goods such as medicine or medical tools, the rising of inventory every year, not enough replacement doctor, no procedure in choosing supplier, no data security system, no marketing function, Apotik Z that is not sales oriented yet, and the use both manual and computer administration.<p>Because most of the problem in Klinik X happened in Apotik Z then the search of solution focused in the problem of Apotik Z. Current Reality Tree (CRT) method is use to get the root problems. The root problems of Apotik Z are: no backup, saving procedure, protection and access limitation of data, simple forecast, no recipes formula, not well designed system, incompetents human resources, computer problems, inventory problems, supplier problems and management policy for marketing function.<p>From all of the potential alternative solutions from root problems found in Apotik Z, most of them involve computer software. Because of that, computer software solution is taken to solve most of the problems.<p>The implementation of the computer software will take 7 (seven) months from the observation of the used computer software, until computer software training and close contact. The resources need to implement this computer software are two units of computer, sets of network and one administrator to be responsible of the software operation. text
