This Thesys recites about priority number in construction of several dam plan in West Java, included Ciletuh and Citepus dam plan (Sukabumi district), Sukahurip and Hyang dam plan (Ciamis district) and Cibatarua dam plan (Garut district) with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Expert Choice software. In AHP calculation, sensitivity analysis used to answer how the sensitivity of calculated priority if there is a little change from the assesment. Criteria that used in priority decision are social politics, environment, technic and usage. <br />
