The purpose of this study is to research ways of developing XXX oil field which categorized as brown field. This final project presents one proposal of POD evaluation to optimize XXX field production. However economic evaluation is not included because the main concern of this study are the methods to develop this field.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Plan of Development is divided into 3 scenario which are work over, infill drilling and water flood. Work over is designed for reservoir which has many wells and economical oil saturation. Infill drilling is designed for newly opened reservoir large oil reserves that have not been produce. Water flooding become the most expensive scenario because it needs pumps and steady water supply to run the project The purpose of water flooding is for reservoir pressure maintenance. This study conclude sensitivity analysis for wells location and water injection rate.Water injection pressure must be controlled below formation fracture gradient.
