Rapid development of communication technology has opened oprtunity for new telecommunication company to rise. Competition forced the company to keep its performance to grow. Risk handling are one of things that can improve company performance. PT XYZ as the largest telecommunication provider in Indonesia fully understood the importance of Risk Management in order to compete with competitor. Mitigation of Risk is implemented on internal regulation to improve companys performance. Risk Management develop three important phase started from risk identification, risk assessment and risk mitigation.<p>First Step to keep company performance thruogh risk management is by choosing key objective of company, in this case key objective of CIS Division are revenue, sales, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and Compliance.<p>After choosing key objective, from the risk register we identified risk that has impact to the key objective. From identification found 10 risk that has impact to the key objective of the company.<p>Risk scenario will be divided by four. The first one is risk mitigation which is to overcome any risk that already coming. The second is risk prevention, the objective is to lower any possibility for the risk occured. The third is avoid, the action to refuse the risk. The last one is risk transfer.
