Summary: | Solid Oxide Fuel Cell with Samarium Doped Ceria (SDC) as an electrolyte has been fabricated by dry pressing and tape casting technique. This research consist of synthesis and characterization of oxide material and solid oxide fuel cell fabrication. The materials that were synthesized are Sm0.2Ce0.8O2-x as electrolyte, Sr2Mg0.2Mn0.8MoO6 (SMMMO) as anode, and La0.8Sr0.2MnO3-Sm0.2Ce0.8O2-x composite as cathode. Composite of LSMO-SDC and SDC were synthesized by solid state reaction method while SMMMO was synthesized by sol gel method. |
