Since the increasing of the Oil price up to US$ 140 per barrel, Coal have been chosen to be an alternative source of energy, although currently the price reaches above US$ 100 per ton, and it leads to the increasing extension of mining expansion and also opening of new mining exploration. With the expansion and opening of new mining, its affected the increasing of demand for explosives materials, blasting services and other related services. The increasing of growth market and the level of competition and existence of desire from the employees and management to make a change, cause pressure to change so strongly. Change what was done not only adjust or modify so that organization can more compatible and adapted, but also be able to develop capability, new position and answer the changed swiftly, so that not only able to compete but also excels the competitors.<p>Change must be done is transformational, including leadership, vision & strategy, structure and culture, which has radical or destructive change, if its conducted to failure will arise shocking in company, therefore it requires management changed. In this Paper, Author emphasizing how to do the transformation and way of handling resistances which will be arise. The Model will be applied is Prosci's Management Changed Process and The ADKAR Model, since this model as a whole able to guide and to manage of management changed steps effectively. In making alteration divided into two steps, first step is Preliminary that is to make formulation of business need and concept & design, second step is implementation and post implementation.<p>Result of survey shown that most of employees and leaders desire to make a change ( 4,2) and have enough awareness about change ( 3,3) from scale 5. So as to succeed the management of changed program, there are other factors must be noticed, apart from planning and strategy also implementation process and soft side (leadership style, culture, motivation) and also hard side (leadership style, culture, motivation) from management changed. Target of this management changed program planned in two years. text
