Summary:PT. PQR as a depeloping consultant company have target to achieve 30 billion rupiah operating income in 2008 until 2011. To achieve this target, IPC need some selfimprovement in this company, either one is about recruitment system.<p>Until now, PT. PQR applied contract system to recruit their employee. This was done as anticipation against fluctuating tender that was received by the company.. Then was needed by an analysis about the recruitment system that was carried out. This analysis with considered the side of humanity (the employee's opinion), the law and regulation and also the condition in the company. The calculation of employee requirement took into consider the income target that was made, at a guess till 2011 the increase in the number of employees as far as 144% from the number of employees in 2007 will happen.<p>The analysis show that from the aspect of humanity, evidently the employee did not make an issue of the available condition. From the aspect of the law and the legislation, the available pattern was compatible with Undang-undang Republik Indonesia no.13 Tahun 2003 about labor act . However from the aspect of the condition for the company, was needed by how many matters to increase good efficiency time and the power and the increase in the quality of the achievement of the employee. <br />
