Parking payment in Indonesia is still carried out in cash. There are so many disadvantages such as: slow, impractical, susceptible with fraud etc. Therefore, the author built a certain kind of payment parking system which is recorded in database with the feature of RFID technology.<p>RFID is an advanced form of data card such as: ATM card, credit and debit. Its special quality is based on card reading distance which can reach about 10 cm (contactless). Moreover, the speed of transaction improves drastically. Because user doesn’t need to input PIN number or sign the receipt. Whereas recording transaction to database is still executed in the end.<p>Designing will be represented by Use Case and Data Flow Diagram. To build a payment parking system with RFID, there are three prime instructions along with two additional features: registration, enter/exit, increment, update and monitoring.<p>The obtained conclusion is that RFID is a relatively cheap, useful as well as fit in with the lifestyle of Indonesian people.
