Summary:In the production process of Chemical industry, there is a direct connection between the performance of factory's operator with its product quality. To establish a good result in controlling the factory system, it is a need to perform operator training. Nowadays, computerized training has been issued to achieve quick and easy training by using a factory simulator. Hence, this final project is focused on designing a simulation machine as a part of PT XYZ Kaltim-4 Operator Training Simulator (OTS), with an emphasizing on developing factory control system.
