Characterization of the electrode was conducted using cyclic voltammetry technique. Quantitative analysis was conducted amperometrically. Electrode with composition of composite : graphit = 2 : 8 showed a very good performance. The best measurement was obtained in phosphate buffer solution pH 7. Percent recovery of spike sample measurement was between 98.03-102.75 %, showing a very good accuracy. Calibration curve was linear in concentration range of 0.01-10 mM with detection limit of 1.85 uM. Analysis of real samples resulted in same results as those of redox titration method. <br /> text |
