Therefore the needs of charging system based on the QoS mechanism can be implemented on the mobile communication. OCS can provide IMS charging mechanisms for prepaid services based on QoS with the efficiency of resource usage and accuracy in monitoring the credit. Prepaid charging mechanism is realized by Time Interval Calculation Algorithm (TICA). In QoS based charging, the QoS of services can be realized with the SLA. By using the SLA user can select the profile traffic to accommodate the required services in accordance with the quality and use of resources, on the other hand it can provide the service in accordance with the charging of service usage based on traffic profile service. text |
