Summary: | Republic of Indonesia General Attorney Management Information System 2 (SIMKARI 2) is about 2 years of its implementation obligatory to use in all Republic of Indonesia General Attorney level. Therefore, evaluation or study to this information system should be enforced for better policy. The purpose of this study is to get empirical evidences or factors about variables that influencing SIMKARI 2 implementation success. This study using DeLone and McLean information success model which is used by Livari (2005) in his study about obligatory implementation of information system in public sector and adding voluntariness variable as suggested by Hartwick and Barki (1994) with items from Adrianto (2007). Snowball sampling survey method is used in this study. This method executed by sending questionaire to DKI Jakarta Higher Attorney then it will be forwarded to state attorney. Afterward the result analyzing by Partial Least Square (PLS) method. After analyzing to 110 questionaire, the conclusion are the user need more training or SIMKARI 2 quality should be improved, the information quality of SIMKARI 2 as user expected and could improving user performance, and user relatively willing to made implementation of SIMKARI 2 successful. |
