Summary:The essence of this study is to develop or build artifact which consists of constructs, models, methods, and instantiation. Constructs and models are represented in framework, methods are represented in implementation guidelines, while instantiation is not represented in this study because it needs to be implemented in the field. Constructs in this study consist of important factors that may influence the knowledge sharing and activities need to support the implementation of knowledge sharing. Data were collected from 32 respondent of employee in information technology division across the Indonesian enterprises to validate those identified constructs.
