Pronouncement of Law No.43 of 1999 completes the Code of Service which states Civil Servant Management as basic supervision for civil servant in the Republic of Indonesia.<p>TNI as an institution is home of troops and also civilians publish a decree of TNI's Chief on Decree No. Skep/665/XII/2002 to facilitate implementation of the Law of Civil Servant Management in practice. This decree is announced in December 30th 2002 about Temporary Document for Main Guidelines of Civil Servants Personnel Cultivation in TNI. Then regarding to hierarchical commands chain in military environment, for Army Chief of Army has declared a decree No. Skep/365/X/2003 in October 31st 2003. The decree stated about Guidelines Book for Civil Servant Cultivation in Army. Aim of this decree is to facilitate in managing civil servant at all level in the Army.<p>In fact, many issues that can be accomplished in effort of achieving state apparaturs professionalism. To be able in fulfilling the demand, it is needed a figure of rebuild priorities and how it can be done. It needs an evaluation of what has been implemented according to the Law in practice. By using subjective evaluation and focusing attention on satisfaction and what priority that assigned by civil servan, will researching how the implementation of civil servant management in Ditajenad. Quantitative methodology and cross tabulation will using in this research.<p>From the research result, it can be captured about how the implementation in Ditjenad. It gives an understanding about how importance to know what civilian needs correlated to their work and about their rights according to the Law. At the end, it expects that the result can improve work competences and its method. text
