Appraisal of building is done by the way of extraction of manual method without technical data of building which is a subjective procedure. Every building has components with definitive geometry with interrelationship between components along with the detail which can be exploited to appraise properti. Area and volume each direct related component with cost which can determine the building properti value.<p>This research aimed to determine a method to appraise the individual appraisal properti In Individual Appraisal Report of PBB through Building Information Model (BIM) as a means to assists objective appraisal using building: Istana Bandung Electronic Center (BEC) as case study.<p>The BIM concept and method is chosen because geometric shapes and its properties acted as real object. There is no layer or imagery concept similar in CAD. |
