Summary: | Safety is the main scope of the workers. Workplace incidents can be happen anytime and anywhere. Level of vigilance must continue to be sharpened and enhanced. With the game of simulation safety, training can be done to increase awareness of the workers, so that accidents can be avoided or to be more sprightly in the handling of the accident. Important things in a game is a simulation modeling approach reality.<p>One of the models in this game is fire triggers simulation. Factors affecting the occurrence of fire include temperature, pressure, age and maintenance, potential hazard (P), standard safety measure (S), and also fire resistance of a building (F) based on dow fire and explosion index schedule (NFPA, 2000). Method used in this simulation is a probabilistic method. This method is the most informative approach for producing a quantitative value that can be reviewed based on assumptions that are determined by the mathematical model of fire risk analysis used.<p>Tests conducted by doing funsional test, stress test and model matemathical test. Test results indicate that software works as designed. <br />
