This article describe your design and development of interactive 3D e-learning as a useful alternative to the learning process using technology developed at this time. Blend technology with 3D web and e-leaning in the system design of interactive 3D e-leaning is devoted to the science subjects Biologic in subtopic of human skeleton system for junior high school students in class 8. Interactive 3D e-learning is designed and interactive, where students can get actively involved in knowledge (constructivism) with interacting with content that contains a 3D model of practice and can also interact in social discussions with other students or teachers receive guidance from the subjects. Model with interactive learning system using the e-learning 3D can enhance students' cognitive. <br />
