An effective IS unit capable in giving good quality applications to their user and also good services that allow user dealing with rapid changing of business environment. If IS desire to make more real contribution in practical, measurement of IS delivery have to be well defined. A real challenge for IS management activity is to measure the effectiveness of delivered systems. |
