Reclamation 2002 to know based on spatial analysis shows the change of coastal area at North Jakarta (Kamal muara area to Sunda Kelapa) from 1991-2003 has additional area 390,24 km2 and width area 1,5 km. Based on study leveling survey, GPS and bench mark monitoring of North Jakarta region shows highest land subsidence rate at Indah Kapuk Beach is -5.14 cm/year.<p>Upper Ciliwung watershead in pas 30 year (1977-2007) can be determined indication a decrease of hydrology function based on watershead model statistical hydrology that is an increase of run-off coefficient and decrease of baseflow. Effect debit extrimity is flood debit exchange. Lokal climate exchange can be determined indication an increase region rainfall. That effect is an increase monthly average debit. This case is effect land convertion.<p>Prismatic channel 1 dimention simulation with flood Sugutamu-Depok 2007 as upper boundary condition and the change the lower can be know that primarily caused Jakarta flood 2007 by upper boundary conditions effect, sea level rise until 50 year has no significant effect whereas channel length additonal (reclamation) can caused increase water in old coastal area and difficulties to discard water to sea.<p>Hydrology rezime degradation of Ciliwung watershead caused an increase of flood debit which is the dominant factor of the flood Jakarta coastal region and conjunction with sea level rise phenomenon on Jakarta Bay. That condition is worsen by reclamation activity and high land subsidence rate that caused an increase of flood in Jakarta. <br />
