In the other hand, cinflicts will appear due to her double roles (role as mother, housewife and as manager).<p>As manager, it is appropriate to have Development skill (particulary personal and interpersonal skill) to be effectivelly performed to handle human affairs. Personal skill which is mentioned aforehand consist of the skill of knowing and awaring self, managing stress anf problem solving creativelly. Whereas interpersonal skill consists of the skill of comunicating supportivelly, gaining power and influences, motivating others ang managing conflict.<p>The company demand to achieve standard job performance valid for every manager including for the women manager who have potential causing double role conflict.<p>In accordance to path analysis against 63 women manager of Bank in Bandung, indicates that double role conflict still persist toward perception about job performance achieved within the last one year. Eventhough the contribution is considered relatively small (4,557 %) it proves whatever the position of the married career women, the problem to balance between domestic affairs and office duties will still perceived. Whereas management skill significantly influence toward perception about job performance just only upon managing stress ( 4,026 % ). It is well understood, since result of data processing indicates that women manager suffered stress caused by the work load. This kind of stress is certainly should be well managed in order to have a positive impact against job performance.<p>The above matter will have the implication to have neccessary condition to create a conducive work climate for all employees to develop their skill and potentials whichdirectly suppot effective work behavior. text |
