The useful of information technology for learning in college have not been avoid again. College can exploiting it in so many good activity of learning process, finance management, academic management, and also human resources management. Applied of e-learning at college, will create an ideal environment, where interaction between student and lecturer become more effective. Benefit from e-learning are: academic benefit, social benefit, and psychological benefit. E-learning can also make student activity become independently. Benefit of e-learning can be obtained completely if entire factors to accompanying it are ready. That for, before implementing e-learning, an organization better measurement the readiness of organization to its, so that can be correct strategic plan.
