Summary:ABSTRACT:<p>In this research and development of boneka virtual system, 3D animation is represented by movement changes of color marker relatively to web camera (webcam). Color marker is a representation of animation character in the real world that has three color points, placed in a straight line, and the distances between the points are different. Whereas, boneka virtual system is a digital media that is composed from a personal computer set, webcam, and studio box. The system is able to receive input data as a frame through webcam, tracking and marking objects inside a frame that has a certain color through color tracking program, and define a blob color that is marked into a 2D coordinate point in a pixel through blob detector program. <br />
