Summary: | If an electric power sistem will be operated in a specified period to become important thing if before all we can know how much estimation of cost required. Determination of the annual generator operation cost and security cost can be predicted if known reliability data of generator and transmission on the system. In this thesis proposed a method to determine generator operation cost and security cost an electric power sistem which will operate during 1 ( one) year with the calculation using approach of composite reliability and load point indices. Analysis of composite reliability of power sistem is analysing reliability by considering generation system and transmission system done at a timely. Important thing in analysing reliability of composite are adequacy and security factor. An power system is expected always in a state of the adequacy as well as an power system can be told had safe system otherwise there are collision to the security constraints either static and also dynamic. <br />
