Minimize construction supply chain cost is one of contractor's strategic way to fight. One of many way to minimize waste of construction supply chain management is by minimize construction holding inventory cost. The aim of this research is to identify the important factor that can affect the construction holding inventory cost. Result of this research show that there are many important factor that can affect the construction holding inventory cost, they are: cost of wage, cost of equipment, cost of materials, and cost of overhead. Many potential reduction of wage cost, they are by reducing duration time of work, reducing cost of wage for example by using experience worker and using little number of worker, with an expectation that the construction work can finish fastly and in a good quality.
