In the process of education, students' feelings and attitudes will be very strong effect on the learning process. One of the elements that influence in the process of effective learning is motivation. One of the media for effective learning to raise students' motivation in learning is through games and 3D animation. This system is the presentation of interesting and interactive so that students can be motivated and achieve effective learning.<p>This thesis reviews the technology web-based learning and review pedagogik about student motivation in learning. Theory of Keller's ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence and Satisfaction) motivation to become a reference in the game design and 3D animation that can support the achievement of effective learning. Then do the process analysis of the test system of SMP Angkasa Bandung.<p>The results of the analysis process to test the system on the students shows there is a significant relationship between the use of the media game and 3D animation to improve students' motivation to learn so that effective learning is achieved one of them is shown with an increase in test scores on the end of learning. <br /> <br />
