Generally, the method used to perform a measurement of the volume of material is tacheometry methods to know the coordinates of a point by using the measuring tool Electronic Total Station (ETS). To get the best of the land surface is very dependent on the form surface, the distribution point and the interpolation method. But with the growing point will mean adding time and correctly.<p>To solve the problem above, this research using Close Range Photogrametry (CRP) method as an alternative method to perform volume measurements and calculation of a material, by using digital camera technology. Study object is the box TV (for example the regular object), concrete (for example the object is less regular object) and having grass mound (for example the objects that represent the surface). Volume CRP results will be compared with other methods (ruler, water, ETS) and tested level precise using statistics test. And compare the processes of data to calculate volume, cost and time for the grass mound.<p>CRP can be used to measurements volume with the volume difference between the results with other methods is 1% -7% and the level of CRP precision between ± 1%-3%.
