Summary: | Tango Field is located in transition zone onshore-offshore Kutai Basin, East Kalimantan. The field has NE-SW anticline axis with type of trap is collaboration between homocline (local condition of anticline limb) and stratigraphy. Shallow Zone Tango Field is located down to 2200 m, which is identified regionally as Kampung Baru Formation. Based on Gamma Ray interpretation, there were sand-shale with coal and limestone intercalation, as channel sediments, characterized by blocky and bell shape log, and identified as deltaic sediments, from delta plain to delta front. Shallow Zone is interpreted as compartmentalized sandstone reservoir tank A, B, and C, based on sequence stratigraphy correlation from 6 wells data in GTS (Gathering Testing Satellite) N and 6 wells data in GTS I. Tank is reservoir condition bordered by different GWC (Gas Water Contact). IGIP and reserves calculation can be estimated by creating depth structure maps, gross interval maps, net sand isopach maps, and net pay maps, and supported by reservoir properties, such as porosity and water saturation. IGIP and reserves calculation in Shallow Zone explained that tank A has IGIP 2.019.078.600scf and reserves 1.070.111.658scf, tank B has IGIP 13.938.962.600scf and reserves 9.757.273.819scf, dan tank C has IGIP 3.111.560.967scf and reserves 1.649.127.312scf. |
