Summary: | Motivation is one of critical aspect that has to be concerned on the effort of increasing performance. The farm mentor as the most important apparatus of government in field is insisted to prove their good performance achievement, therefore, priority of agro-food development in East Kalimantan as well as expected. The objective of this thesis is to recognition the effect of motivation on work condition factor, appreciation, compensation, policy, administration and then individual potencys development over performance of farm mentor. By fulfillment that job motivations factor then it would be expected escalating performance of farm mentor. The theory used is from Maslow, Herzberg and Alderfer. The instrument to measure motivation level is questionnaire. The research's sample is the farm-mentor employed in agro-food farm in Samarinda regional job. From the outcome due to calculation and multi regression's analysis, it is gained regression's coefficient value is positive for motivation variable. This mean that performance of farm mentor is influenced by motivation on work condition factor, appreciation, compensation, policy, administration and individual potency's development. |
