| Summary: | BTADVIsoRs, a national company whose core business in management and information technology consulting, has its human resources that consist of consultants and programmers. The problems they are facing are unbalance workload between employees, hard to get information about workers workload, and hard to monitor project progress.<p>To overcome those problems, they need Project Management Information System that supports the manager and teams needs, which are selecting team members, defining project schedule, and organizing project timesheet and expenses.<p>The system is developed using Rational Unified Process (RUP), a software engineering system which are developed by Rational Software Corporation. In RUP, development of a system is a sequential approach from defining the vision of software development to transition system to user (installation, training, etc).<p>This thesis limits the development of the system from vision definition to system architecture creation.
