These patterns are controlled by lithology and geological structure. Geomorphology of study area isdivided into six geomorphological units consist of Anticlin Valley, homoclin Hills, Homoclin Valley, Intrution Hills, Lava Dome, and Alluvial Plain Units which based of Classification of Landform. Stratigraphy of study area is divided into eight units from oldest to youngest isClaystone-Sandstone Bantargadung unit which equivalent to Bantargadung Formation in Middle Miocene. Breccia-Sandstone Unit, Sandstone-Claystone Unit, and Claystone-Sandstone Cantayan unit are equivalent to Cantayan Formation in Late Miocene. Andesitic Intrusion Unit and Andesitic Lava Unit formed in Pliocene. Alluvial unit deposited last. Geological structure in study area consists of thrust fault and fold in west-east direction, and strike-slip fault in northwest-southeast and northeast-southwest direction. Thrust fault and fold are formed by compression tectonic in north-south direction and strike-slip fault as the compliment which happened during Plio-Pleistocene. text
