The geomorphological unit of the study area is divided into four units, those are Homoclinal Ridge Unit, Anticlinal Valley Unit, Synclinal Ridge Unit and Alluvial Plain and River Terraces Unit. The stratigraphy unit of the study area is divided into four units based on the unlegitimate of litology unit. These units are mentioned in series based on the age of each unit (from the oldest up to the youngest), the units are Claystone-Sandstone Unit of Tapak Formation (Early Pliocene-Late Pliocene), Claystone Unit of Kalibiuk Formation (Late Pliocene), Sandstone Unit of Kalibiuk Formation (Late Pliocene) and Alluvial and River Terraces Unit (Recent) which was deposited unconformally upon the older units. The geological structures that were found in the study area are strike slip fault and simetric fold. The fold consist of a Siadeg Sincline and Kalijaran Anticline. The movement of the stike slip fault is relatively dextral. Tapak Formation of the study area consists of interbedded of Sandstone and Claystone and it is mentioned as Claystone-Sandstone Unit (Early Pliocene-Late Pliocene). Paleoecological analysis of this unit was done based on the palinology analysis then compared with the distribution chart of foraminifera. The interpretation of palinomorf consist such as pollen, spore, foraminifera test lining and dinoflagellate cyst is important to do in order to know about the palinology analysis. Based on the palinology analysis and foraminifera analysis, it can be interpreted that environment deposition of this unit is marine and the depth is about 20-100 meters (Middle Shelf). It is supported by some of marine taxas which were found are abundant such as foraminifera test lining and dinoflagelata cyst. The climate change when this unit was being deposited was dominated by wet climate. text
