Flamingo field is one field that is located in Central Sumatra Basin, approximately 20 square kilometers. The research is conducted on Flamingo field with the main study focusing in Bekasap Formation. Sandstones in the study interval can be divided into several litofacies, which are Conglomeratic - Coarse Sandstone, Flaser-bedded - Medium Sandstone, Bioturbated - Medium Sandstone, Bioturbated - Very Fine Sandstone, and Bioturbated – Fine Sandstone. Based on the litofacies analysis integrated with log data, the study's interval is then divided into three sedimentation facies, which are Tidal Channel Facies, Tidal Ridge Facies, and Tidal Sand Flat Facies. All three facies is deposited in tide-dominated deltaic environment. Based on the reservoir distribution's mapping, Tidal Channel facies has channel geometry, while Tidal Ridge facies and Tidal Sand flat have bar geometry. The orientation of deposition in the study's interval is NE-SW. Based on petrophysic analysis, Tidal Channel facies consists of reservoir rocks having a good possibility of hydrocarbon in it. In the study's interval, hydrocarbon is trapped by an anticline. Hydrocarbon reserve in the study's interval ranges from 13.410.876,85 - 25.446.074,54 barrels. text
