The objective of this study is to obtain the optimum rate of water balance from rainfall with the real time condition in the field, so that the water requirement and availability number is close to the most optimum. The scope of this thesis consists of. collecting secondary data, processing and analyzing data, identification, calculating irrigation water availability and water requirement and making up water balance. text
