Indonesia consist of many provinces and also owning big sea region. To take care of management sea and land region, hence the government made The Regulation Number 32 Year 2004 about Local Government. Where local government given authority in managing natural resources its region. With reference to the regulation, specially authority area in management of resource at sea and its coastal area, regional boundary aspect of administration of the sea being vital importance to be paid attention to. The need about coherent boundary between one local government region and other local government, its utilize to avoid the conflict possible happened. In determining boundary of East Nusa Tenggara Province, hence done by withdrawal of border line pursuant to decision of The Regulation Number 32 Year 2004 (pursuant to normal baseline), PerMendagri Number 1 Year 2006 (pursuant to straight baseline and normal baseline), and applying of UNCLOS 1982 about archipelago baseline to get wide of its area. Considering about the high value of region to local government itself, hence Map of Boundary Area is be needed as a reference to know its region that became authority of local government in that region. <br />
