Technology development of personal computer and software allows to use the PC's component a replacement for the Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Controller on NC machines. Software used is MACH3 as software Numerical Control (NC) off-the-shelf computer based. The interface system design of Laser Plotter NC machine then integrated into MACH3 that has been customized. Linear axis motion sensor is using Quadrature encoder, while setting the beam intensity of the laser using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). text
