| Summary: | The study area is divide into three geomorphology unit which is, Volcanic hill unit, Folding hill unit, and aluvial terrain. Ther river in this area is rectangular type. Stratigraphically the research area is divided into five lithostratigraphy unit, those lithostratigraphy unit are (from the oldest to the youngest): Limestone unit (Rajamandala Formation) Sandstone – Claystone unit (Citarum Formation), Volcanic breccia (Saguling Formation), Tuff unit. The geology structure which develop in this area are thrust fault, strike slip, and fold. The thrust fault and the fold axis has an relatively east – west orientation. The strike slip fault has an relatively NW – SE trend. Those geological structure was intrepted as a fold – thrust related system. |
