In this Final Project discussed about design of industrial region with <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> reliability that appropriate to consumer desirability. Reliability parameters that will be studied are SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), SAIDI <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> (System Average Interruption Duration Index), and ENS (Energy Not Supplied). The values obtained from calculation of MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTTF (Mean Time To Failure) from each components produce reliability level each loads. The configuration name of distribution is Open-Loop, looks like loopconfiguration but rather simple. Short circuit analysis make it clear what suitable <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> system protection can be designed. CB (Circuit Breaker) or LBS (Load Breaker Switch) rating and placement will influence system reliability a lot. Result analysis shows that the best location of switch breaker installation <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> reached while reliability index touched its minimum value. More switch breakers are installed, system reliability is getting higher and higher. But the cost is getting higher too. System design must hold out of contingency, distribution failure or on its components. Investment cost will be shared to the customer fairly enough which has improvement in ASAI (Average System Availability Index). This sharing of investment cost based on ENS index. text
