This control signal is sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) signal that is given to three cells inverter switches. To generate SPWM signal with microcontroller, first step is doing simulation to get needed SPWM signal. Next step is realizing needed SPWM to generating SPWM program. This program needs two fiturs of microcontroller i.e. input or output and delay function. Delay function set the switches time, when they are on or off. Input or output has function as output of SPWM from microcontroller to three cells inverter. SPWM signal, that has been generated, is implemented to three cells inverter circuit. Implementation shows SPWM signal, that has been generated, is suitable with expected SPWM signal, although there are slight differences. The differences make flying capacitor voltage of three cells inverter is not exactly same with expected voltage. Implementation also shows three cells inverter output have same frequency with reference frequency. text
