Geomorphology of this area is divided into three geomorphology units. Homocline Hills Unit is showed by hills morphology and characterized by the same direction of dip layer. Steep Volcaic Hills Unit is showed by steep hills morphology and characterized by high erosional resistance lithology. The li...

Homocline Hills Unit is showed by hills morphology and characterized by the same direction of dip layer. Steep Volcaic Hills Unit is showed by steep hills morphology and characterized by high erosional resistance lithology. The lithology is volcanic deposit like tuff. Alluvial Plain Unit is showed by plain morphology that lies along side Cikaro River flow. The Stratigraphy of this area is divided into four illegitimate unit of lithostratigraphy. The following are sorted from the oldest to the youngest, those are: Claystone Unit, Sandstone Unit, Tuff Unit, and Alluvial Unit. Claystone Unit are equalized to Kaliwangu Formation which is deposited in transition – inner neritic and late Late Miocene – Early Pliocene Epoch aged. Sandstone Unit are equalized to Tambakan Formation which is deposited in fluvial and Early Pleistocene Epoch aged. Tuff Unit are equalized to “Young Quaternary Volcanic” which is deposited in onshore environment and Late Pleistocene Epoch aged. Alluvial Unit which is the youngest unit between all of units in study area, and also deposited uncoformably on all of those rock as the youngest unit. Alluvial Unit occurred in fluvial environement. The geological structures that developed in the area are Cijurey Strike Slip Fault and Cidongke Strike Slip Fault. The age of that geological structures are interpreted in Plio-Pleitocene Epoch and influenced by relative force with north-south direction. text
