This study uses field data to make a reservoir model and to develop sensitivity analysis in geology and reservoir parameter to determine new recovery factor correlation. Field L is located in South Sumatera Basin that consists of 31 wells include 3 active production wells which produce oil from Talang Akar and Baturaja Formation. Using reservoir simulation method, we predict performance of reservoir with waterflooding to increase recovery factor.<p>New correlation which develop is based on Guthrie and Greenberger method that consider some of parameters such as permeability, porosity, initial water saturation, pay zone, and oil viscosity. The purpose of this study is to correct the result of recovery factor that determined by Guthrie and Greenberger method compare with recovery factor from propose correlation in waterflooding case. The new correlation can correct 15.29 % of the old correlation. text
