For this final year project, the writer designed a pipeline analog to digital converter for WiMAX receiver system. Pipeline Analog to Digital Converter, has been chosen because it provides advantages in terms of resolution and data conversion’s speed. The design process until circuit simulation level is done using software SIMetrix, with a 0.35um BiCMOS AMS SiGe technology. Simulation result shows the ADC has SFDR 28dB. text
