Deviation in execution of procurement of construction contract service in consequence of understanding / wrong perception to rule going into effect potency can happen impact in management of construction work. Therefore, need in order to be known the provisions of construction contract service which is arranged in law and regulation applying to construction service.<p>This research to get picture concerning compatibility between Code/Law Service Construction ( UUJK) No. 18 / 1999 with Decision Of President ( Keppres) No. 80 / 2003 in Ad Service Contract Construction and potency affect that happened in consequence of no compatible of regulation. Compatibility study conducted by comparing rules of procurement of construction contract service which is arranged in UUJK No. 18 / 1999 with Regulation of that good Government of PP No. 28 / 2000 and also PP No. 29 / 2000 as formulation of UUJK and in reality. And between UUJK No. 18 / 1999, PP No. 28 / 2000 and PP No. 29 / 2000 with Keppres No. 80 / 2003.<p>Result of compatibility study, expressing compatible rules for example rule concerning method election of penyedia of contract and service work rules and construction which is not compatible that is rule concerning conditions of penyedia of service specially to the effort civil people, conditions of construction labor for the certificate of, certain situation criterion, document election of penyedia of offer document and service.<p>Pursuant to result of compatibility study, conducted by impact potency study able to happened in consequence of not compatible of regulation by identifying impact and occurrence which is have potency to happened with analyzing documents related to rules which is not be the compatible. Result of study of most rule showing has potency to happen impact to construction work is conditions of construction labor. Result of this study is expected can give input to perpetrator of good construction of service user and also penyedia of service given the rules which must go into effect at construction service and impact which is have potency to happened in consequence of deviation to rule. <br />
