Summary: | Study of hydrothermal convection model for shallow volcanic region is very important for geophysics and geohydrology characterization. One of ways to build the model is using self potential data combined with information 2D resistivity structure. The solution of the model is solved by finding current source distribution which is coupled with fluid flow model at the area.<p>Self potential data in Domas Creater, Tangkuban Perahu Mountain, West Java is used for preliminary study of this self potential modeling. To provide supporting data needed in integrated interpretation hydrotermal system in this area, measurements of thermal surface, CO2 emission and pH were conducted. The general conclusion is that workflow suggested in this thesis can be applied to study hydrothermal system from surface self potential data. |
